What Sets Our Fabrication Apart
Advanced Technology and Machinery
Current fabrication technology handles complex designs and tight tolerances, which is what keeps repeat batches consistent rather than merely acceptable.
Skilled Craftsmanship
Seasoned professionals whose attention to detail ensures every fabricated product meets or exceeds expectations.
End-to-End Solutions
Design consultation, prototyping, fabrication and post production treatment under one roof, which keeps quality consistent across the whole part.
Diverse Industry Experience
Experience across automotive, electronics, medical, machinery and general industrial applications.
Processes Available
Laser cutting, plasma cutting, waterjet cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending, welding and assembly, working in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass and copper. Finishes include anodizing, sandblasting, polishing, powder coating and electroplating.
Quality is assured through first piece inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection, so a fabrication problem is caught at the first part rather than at the last carton.
Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication FAQ
Do you provide design consultation?
Yes. Our end to end approach starts with design consultation, which is where most cost is removed from a sheet metal part.
Can you fabricate and finish in one place?
Yes, post production treatments such as powder coating and plating are part of the same service.
What quantities suit fabrication rather than stamping?
Low to medium quantities, and high mix work. Once annual volume is high and the design is stable, stamping usually becomes cheaper per part.
