Custom Metal Stamping FAQ
How close can holes be to each other?
Minimum spacing between holes is one to half of the material thickness, and edge to feature distance is 0.4 mm. Designs tighter than that risk tearing the material during the hit.
What is the largest stamped part you make?
Up to 1500 x 1000 mm, which is roughly 5 x 3 feet.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling terms are agreed at quotation. Tell us at enquiry stage whether you want tooling ownership written into the order.
