CNC Machining Services We Offer
Our CNC machining services focus on three key areas: milling for complex parts, turning for symmetrical components, and surface finishing to complete the product.
We offer CNC milling services that achieve intricate 2D and 3D designs. Our milling facility has eight Okuma horizontal machining centres for precision work on larger scale projects, four Fadal vertical machining centres for detailed vertical operations, and one Okuma Genos vertical machining centre equipped with chip removal systems and automatic tool changers.
Turning is handled on Okuma twin spindle lathes and a Mazak single spindle quick turn CNC lathe, which cover both multitasking work and fast cycle production of simpler turned parts.

CNC Custom Machining FAQ
Can I order just one custom part?
Yes. Prototype and single piece work is normal for us, and it is often the sensible first step before committing to a production quantity.
How many milling machines do you run?
Thirteen machining centres in the milling department: eight Okuma horizontal machining centres, four Fadal vertical machining centres and one Okuma Genos vertical machining centre.
Do you keep my design confidential?
Yes. Drawings and models sent for quotation are used only to quote and produce your part.
