Our comprehensive jigging system around the 4th axis allows for the machining of multiple parts along several planes in one setting. Fewer setups means fewer chances for a datum to shift, which is what keeps tight tolerance parts repeatable across a production run.
Benefits of Our CNC Machining Services
Material Variety
Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, fiberglass, plastic and more.
Finishes
Anodized, polished, sand blast, powder coated, electroplated, nitriding and others.
Advanced Equipment
3-axis CNC machines, 4-axis CNC machines, drilling machines, CNC engraving machines and laser engraving machines.
Tight Tolerance
We maintain a tight tolerance of 0.005 to 0.01 mm.
Smooth Surfaces
We achieve a roughness value of less than Ra 0.2.
Additional Services
CNC milling, CNC turning, metal stamping and sheet metal, with a variety of finishes and materials available.

Who This Service Is For
Buyers come to us when a part is too complex for a general shop, when a low cost supplier has failed an inspection, or when a programme needs one supplier accountable for machining, stamping and finishing together.
- Automotive tuning and short run automotive assemblies
- Aerospace components produced to customer drawings
- Medical instrument and device components
- Electronics heat sinks, housings and cavity filters
- Optical components requiring measured, inspected surfaces
- Automation parts that keep a production line running

CNC Machining FAQ
How tight a tolerance can you hold?
Our CNC machining runs at 0.005 to 0.01 mm, with surface roughness below Ra 0.2. If your drawing needs tighter than that on a specific feature, tell us at quotation so we can plan the operation and the gauge.
What does machining several planes in one setting achieve?
It reduces setups. Our jigging system around the 4th axis holds the part while multiple tools work on it, so relationships between features stay true instead of accumulating error each time the part is re-clamped.
Which materials are hardest to machine well?
Titanium and hardened steels need slower speeds, rigid fixturing and proper tooling. We machine them routinely, but they cost more per part than aluminum, which is worth knowing before you finalise material.
Can you machine plastics as well as metals?
Yes. We machine PTFE, PC, nylon, ABS and acrylic with the same precision approach as our metal work. See the plastic parts page.
