Why Choose Custom Metal Stamping
Precision and Accuracy
Automotive, electronics and aerospace all demand components that fit their exact specification. Custom stamping aligns every curve, cut and contour with the design so parts fit into the larger assembly.
Design Flexibility
Whether you need intricate patterns, unusual shapes or specific functional features, custom stamping processes reproduce them accurately across the run.
Enhanced Durability
By understanding the environment and stresses a part will face, we choose materials and processes that give longevity and robust performance.
Cost Effective At Volume
The initial tooling investment is higher, but reduced waste, fewer defects and fewer recalls give strong value for bulk orders.

Custom Metal Stamping FAQ
How long does tooling take?
It depends on part complexity and the number of stations in the tool. Tell us your target date at enquiry and we will tell you plainly whether it is achievable.
Can you convert a machined part to a stamping?
Often yes, and at volume it usually reduces cost significantly. Send the drawing and annual quantity and we will assess whether the geometry suits stamping.
What inspection is applied to stamped parts?
First piece inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection, the same three stages as our machined work.
