Frequently Asked Questions
What tolerance can you hold?
Our standard machining tolerance is 0.005 to 0.01 mm, with milling and turning both quoted at +/-0.005 mm for roundness and concentricity. Surface roughness reaches Ra 0.2 in machining and Ra 0.4 in turning.
Do you accept small quantities and prototypes?
Yes. We produce prototype and limited production parts as well as long production contracts, and we cater to all production volumes from a single piece prototype up to tens of millions of pieces per year in stamping.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We offer free samples prior to mass production so you can confirm the part before committing to a full run.
Which materials do you work with?
Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, brass, bronze, fiberglass and a range of engineering plastics. All materials can be made RoHS compliant on request. See the materials guide for the grade list.
Do you accept OEM and ODM projects?
